Additional Aches and Pain

I have been struggling with some neck and shoulder pain, and at its worse I can not turn my head from side to side. I came on all of a sudden after a one day battle with some neck pain. It is mostly between my shoulder blades. I am trying to stretch a couple of times a day, but it is still bothering me, it has been almost two weeks. It is also accompanied with a major, constant headache.

My husband has been trying to get me to see a NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association) doctor and I finally made the appointment. I went for a spinal care class and Monday have a full exam. I went to a regular chiropractor for about 3 years starting around 2002, but it did not help my fibromyalgia at all. It helped my migraines and my asthma…but, the fibro…no dice!

I will keep you posted after next week and see how it goes. I am hopeful that I will get some results. My brother started having the same foot pain that I have had for 17 years and he got relief from a NUCCA doctor, so I am hoping for the same!
